I am now ten days from my journey to Prague. I am getting so excited. After saying bye to friends at school I have now been focusing on packing and organizing my finances. All things that need to get done, but are not exactly fun.
At this point I'm starting to step back and reflect on all the things I am going to have to opportunity to do and I can not help but feel extremely blessed/privileged. How many people have the opportunity to live in another country on another continent and just immerse themselves into that culture? Although study abroad is becoming more popular the experience each person has is rare and unique.
Packing for it however is such a pain. Reading through several packing lists has taken up enough time to give me confidence that it is possible for some people to make it within the right weight, but it has shaken my ability in myself to shrink my wardrobe. We'll see how that goes.
I am getting increasingly more excited for the adventures not only in Prague, but in all the other countries I will get to see. I'll keep you posted all the way :)
